Job Description
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Agent to join our team.
In this role, you will provide technical support,
assist with troubleshooting activities, and work closely with dealers to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support via phone and ticketing systems
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Escalate complex cases when necessary and monitor follow-up activities
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Participate in technical training and development activities
- Maintain high standards of customer service and technical support
Qualifications
We are looking for a customer-focused individual with strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for motorcycles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Fluent Italian and good English skills (B2 level or above)
