Location Strategy: In-person office (Lisbon, Portugal) Immediate start preferred Hours: 40 hours weekly, 24/7 rotating 8-hour shifts We are hiring customer-centric Italian speakers for our multicultural team in Lisbon. Serving as the primary contact for Italian clients, you will resolve user issues via phone, email, and live messaging.
Client Engagement: Answer incoming Italian client inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels with a courteous, professional tone.
Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ticket progress, and solutions inside internal CRM systems.
Performance Goals: Consistently achieve team metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT).
Ongoing Development: Participate in regular training modules to keep up with product upgrades, internal policies, and daily procedures.
Language Proficiency: Fluent or C1/C2 level in Italian (oral and written); at least B2 level in English for internal workplace communication, instruction, and system use.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a fully flexible, rotating 24/7 schedule.
Presence: Must work on-site at our Lisbon workspace.
