Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Corporate Secretarial Assistant to be included in the Turin office.
Role and activities
Corporate practices Chamber of Commerce and Revenue Agency
Entratel electronic submissions
Filling in F24 forms, Intra forms
Ordinary office secretariat
Document processing and archiving
Occasional external commissions.
What we offer The expected Gross Annual Salary (RAL) for this position is between € 24,000 and € 29,000
The classification will be defined during the selection phase on the basis of the profile and in application of the CCNL Professional Studies The contract will be permanent The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position The position includes meal vouchers, a welfare program and a wellbeing plan as ancillary benefits.
What we look for
At least 1-2 years' experience in the role, preferably in structured contexts
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Excellent command of the English language
Excellent knowledge of the Office package and IT tools.
