Contract Type Work-study/Internship Country ITALY Location Parma Your opportunity The Corporate Internal Communications & Change Management Team supports communication initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, corporate transformation and strategic business priorities. As a Corporate Internal Communications & Change Management Intern, you will support the team in the creation, coordination and execution of internal communication activities across different channels, projects and stakeholders. This internship offers hands-on exposure to a global corporate environment and the opportunity to contribute to communication, storytelling and change management initiatives.
Your Mission
- Support the planning, writing, editing and publishing of internal communication content, including intranet articles, newsletters and leadership communications;
- Contribute to the development of communication materials, presentations, toolkits and stakeholder engagement activities linked to transformation projects;
- Support the production of internal content such as articles, interviews, employee stories, success cases and videos;
- Help coordinate communication campaigns,
editorial planning activities and the global communications calendar;
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of internal communication channels, content hubs and the company intranet;
- Support the monitoring of communication performance and the collection of feedback to measure effectiveness;
- Collaborate with different stakeholders across functions and regions on communication and change management projects.
Your Profile
- Degree or final year student in Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Languages, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills;
- Creative mindset with interest in storytelling, employee engagement and corporate communication;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms and/or video/photo editing tools would be considered a plus;
- Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn in an international environment.
