Change Manager – D365
Location: Italy / Hybrid
Duration: 6 months
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as part of a global rollout programme.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
Develop stakeholder engagement, communications and training plans.
Manage readiness, adoption and change governance activities.
Track risks, gaps, communications and training progress.
Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and functional leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Essential Requirements
Proven Change Manager experience on D365, ERP or major transformation programmes.
Strong experience in change impact, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness.
Fluent Italian is Critical and mandatory – both written and spoken.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience working with stakeholders in the Italian market.
Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills.
Desirable: D365 Finance & Operations experience and Prosci, APMG or equivalent certification.
