www.bluestarsilicones.com The Caronno Pertusella site plays a key role in the production and industrialization of silicone solutions, with high requirements in terms of quality, responsiveness, and industrial performance.
The candidate will be placed in the quality control department of the plant to ensure that our products provide a high level of quality that meets Customers' expectations. In this role he/she will maintain our system to control the quality of the products.
The candidate will be involved also with problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Complete the quality control in accordance with the control plan established in the due time
- Management of CoA
- Internal calibration of instruments
- 5S
- Support in case of Customer audits management
- Support in case of Customer Complaint analysis,
- Support in case of Certification body audit
- Problem solving approach
- Identification of improvement actions
- Reporting activities
- Internal/process non conformity analysis
- Continuous Improvement activities
Experience & Education:
- High school graduation or bachelor or master degree in chemical
- 2 – 3 years of experience in quality control laboratories of chemical companies – pharmaceutical chemist. Applications with less experience will also be evaluated.
- Welcome knowledge in SAP (QM module)
- Basic knowledge of standard ISO 9001 applied to the quality control laboratories
- Basic knnowledge of statistical technicals
- Organized, systematic, autonomous and disciplined person
- Good communication skills and build successful interpersonal relationships
- Good computer skills
- Italian: native/fluent
- English: spoken and written B1 (Intermediate)

- Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) chemical and pharmaceutical industries
- Gross Annual Salary (RAL): 31.000/40.000
- Working Hours: Full-Time / This role involves working on a shift basis / On-Site
