Previous experience of at least 2 years in the same role within a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Excellent table service skills and knowledge of mise en place, filleting, carving, and flambé techniques.
Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.
Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism, with a strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the front-of-house team and the kitchen brigad
