You've got a good judgment and assertiveness and own up to your mistakes facing any situation with an optimistic approach. You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding on new topics. You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments All of your current and former reports speak highly of you as a manager and leader Excellent English and Italian.
