The role of Analyst Financial Agency LAS are looking for an Analyst to join our Financial Agency team.
The role is primarily operational and execution-focused, supporting the management of live transactions and the onboarding of new mandates, with the opportunity to gain exposure to restructuring and distressed scenarios over time. This position is well suited for a junior professional looking to build a solid foundation in loan agency,
transaction mechanics and credit processes within a structured and fast-paced environment. Support the Agency team in the day-to-day management of performing financing transactions Assist with onboarding of new mandates, including collection and review of transaction documentation Support with data remediation and data quality activities related to the credit portfolio Maintain and update transaction data, records and reporting within the management system Support drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, payment processes and reconciliation activities Assist in the preparation of client communications, notices and periodic reports Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (lenders, borrowers, legal advisors) Support portfolio monitoring activities Contribute to process optimisation and data quality initiatives Experience and Qualifications ~ University degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related fields ~0–2 years of experience in financial services, banking, consulting, transaction services or similar environments ~ Strong interest in financial transactions and credit markets ~ Good communication skills ~ Fluent in Italian and in English (written and spoken) ~ Good Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems or reporting tools is a plus Internship or early experience in banking, loan operations, agency, restructuring or advisory Basic understanding of loan documentation and financing structures Exposure to credit funds or alternative lenders We recognise that a more inclusive workplace allows ideas and a variety of points of view to trigger discussions or deliver innovative results.
