The Opportunity
The Performance Marketing team is looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for one of Agoda’s most strategic partnerships, owning the P&L;, leading a team, and driving partnership strategy.
This partnership generates millions in annual revenue across multiple whitelabel brands serving millions of travelers globally.
This position sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and operational excellence — someone who can lead a team, shape marketing strategy, influence partnership direction, and drive measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and complex stakeholder management.
We’re looking for a proven leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds clarity through frameworks, and can lead complex cross-functional initiatives with discipline and influence, earning strong stakeholder trust and executive confidence.
As a key player in the marketing and partnership ecosystem, you will work closely with partner marketing leadership, regional business development teams, and Agoda’s commercial and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business priorities and contribute directly to revenue goals.
