We're looking for a hands‐on, data‐driven CRM Manager to help us scale our outreach engine and bring the world's best app developers into conversations with our acquisition team.

Outreach & Funnel Management
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of mobile app developers through structured outbound outreach.
Design, test, and iterate multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn messages, and other direct channels).
Write clear, natural, native-level English messages that drive engagement and trust.
Track, measure, and improve conversion rates across each funnel stage.
Ensure CRM accuracy and visibility by maintaining all leads and notes in Pipedrive.
Optimization & Analysis
Identify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and scale what works.
Deliver weekly reports on funnel status, metrics, and key insights.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Acquisition Team to align on lead quality and handover.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to refine targeting and messaging.
Share learnings and insights to improve the sourcing engine as a whole.
