Company: Marsh Risk Description: Senior Consultant - AI & Advanced technology Risk Consulting is looking for candidate to join our Risk Advanced Technology team as Senior Consultant based in Rome for a hybrid role. Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk , a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, human capital, and investments ( Oliver Wyman, Guy Carpenter, Mercer ). The Risk Advanced Technology practice develops innovative risk management services using advanced technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Process Mining, and Business Intelligence) to support leading public and private organizations.
We count on you to: Support clients in developing integrated risk management frameworks and in the digital transformation of risk management processes;
Analyze, map, and redesign business processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, control gaps, and automation opportunities,
with a particular focus on AI-enabled transformation initiatives;
Support clients in the assessment and reengineering of operational and control processes, leveraging AI, process mining, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics solutions.
Gather and formalize business and functional requirements, translating client needs into actionable process improvement roadmaps and technology-enabled solutions;
Contribute to the design and implementation of AI use cases aimed at improving process efficiency, strengthening controls, reducing manual activities, and enhancing decision-making;
Work closely with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology stakeholders to ensure that process transformation initiatives are aligned with governance, regulatory, and internal control requirements;
