About Our Client On behalf of a solid and well-established Italian entrepreneurial company, a recognized leader in its market, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work closely with Ownership during a phase of growth, organizational evolution, and managerial strengthening.
Operating successfully for more than thirty years, the company is a national reference point in high-value-added services dedicated to the Food Industry, Large-Scale Retail (GDO), Food Retail, and Ho. Re. Ca. sectors. Through a distinctive business model that combines recurring service revenues, specialized technical support, logistics excellence, and strong customer proximity, the company serves a large and loyal client base through a nationwide operational network.
Backed by institutional investors and a long-term growth vision, the organization is pursuing both organic growth and strategic acquisitions,

Reporting directly to Ownership, the COO will be responsible for coordinating the company's key functions, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, operational performance, and business development initiatives. The role will oversee Operations, Service, Logistics, Quality, Branches, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Human Resources, playing a critical role in driving growth, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
