Your growth journey
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will progressively build your expertise while also taking part in common learning experiences with the other graduates joining the program.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Learn how our Electrification & Automation business works, from customer needs and proposal development to engineering, project execution and service;
- Develop your skills through structured technical, business and soft-skills training, combined with mentoring and continuous feedback;
- Work on real customer projects with experienced colleagues and collaborate across functions and international teams;
- Visit customer installations and projects, under construction and in operation, while progressively taking ownership of activities and responsibilities as you grow in the role;
- Visit our international manufacturing and competence centers, including our switchgear factory in Frankfurt and our protection and automation competence center in Berlin.
