For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Customer Service Representative. The resource will be responsible for maintaining high level of customers' satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer.
We offer a tempo pieno fixed term contract until the end of January 2027.
Pratica di Mare (Pomezia) Hybrid work position The post holder will: be accountable for outbound calls to the assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution; Manage the replacement offer and the order processing,

Responsible for summarizing and analyzing data and reporting of results; Collaborate with the sales force communicating with a sched The ideal candidate possess: University degree or equivalent Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Knowledge of SAP will is a plus Good level of English Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to adapt to new systems and procedures.
