Would you like to start a new professional adventure as an IT Project Manager in the IT & Digital Transformation industry in Italy? As an IT Project Manager, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects for clients operating across different industries. Your missions Lead and coordinate complex IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Manage multi-market and cross-functional project rollouts, coordinating parallel workstreams and distributed teams. Identify project risks and dependencies, defining mitigation plans and ensuring timely issue resolution. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to align project objectives and priorities. Monitor project progress through regular reporting, KPIs, governance meetings, and status updates. Facilitate project planning, resource allocation, roadmap management, and delivery governance.
Promote continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices.
Use Jira, Confluence, and related project management tools to coordinate activities, documentation, and reporting.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex IT projects. Experience managing international or multi-market projects involving cross-functional teams. Hands-on knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools. Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Italian (B2 or above). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications. Work model: Hybrid (1 day per week on site). Full-time Permanent or Freelance. CCNL Commercio (for permanent employees).
