Interact with external and internal clients to identify their needs and translate them into effective data models, KPI frameworks, and visualization specs Design, develop and maintain high-impact interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Datorama or Looker Studio
Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and pipeline readiness for BI consumption
Conduct exploratory data review to surface insights and anomalies for client teams
Present outputs to stakeholders, adapting communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
Help final users with tools adoption and listen closely to identify new business opportunities
Contribute to the definition and documentation of data visualization best practices and internal methodologies to promote knowledge exchange
Proactively explore new tools, techniques, and industry trends to bring fresh ideas into the team's workflow
Participate in new business pitches with data storytelling and visualization examples
Use problem solving and strategic thinking to plan activities and meet deadlines
