Customer relations with international customers through phone/chat/e-mail

E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchasesContract:Tempo pieno 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week.RAL: 21 -23KQualifications:

Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.

Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.What we offer:
