Supervise cross-functional daily warehouse floor operations (inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch) during shifts, serving as the core operational bridge between local floor teams and international headquarters.
The Scope: You will directly lead shift Team Leaders and operators across all floor departments, managing real-time labor reallocation, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring strict compliance with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement ( CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione ).
Cross-Departmental Shift Throughput: Manage end-to-end shift execution to consistently hit corporate KPIs for receiving turnaround, picking rates, packing efficiency,
and on-time courier dispatch.
Maintain real-time, accurate reporting and operational alignment between local Italian warehouse operations and centralized Chinese corporate teams.
Floor Leadership & Safety: Manage daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining smooth labor relations and full adherence to Italian workplace health and safety laws ( D.High-Velocity Logistics Competence: Proven operational experience supervising warehouse operations within a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network.
Mandarin Language Mastery: Professional fluency in Mandarin, Italian, and English is strictly mandatory to seamlessly bridge communications between local operators, European leadership, and global HQ.
Systems & WMS Literacy: Strong hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and automated material handling inf
