We're looking for an HR Program Manager with a proven delivery record to own and execute strategic, cross functional projects across our AU, SG, and CN networks. You'll be the connective tissue between site level pain points and central technology teams, translating operational problems into product requirements and driving them all the way to deployment. You'll champion AI adoption across site HR teams,
drive digital first enablement for new site launches, and communicate regularly with senior leadership up to VP level.

Drive program objectives: provide program management and define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support
Scale services and tools: design processes and procedures that scale with the business' growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion
Define key performance indicators: develop metrics for core programs and processes, and track
