Business Manager – Bologna (TMC) We are hiring a Business Manager in Bologna to lead business development, manage client relationships, and coordinate consultants, driving value and sustainable growth for the business unit. About This Vacancy The Business Manager will be responsible for developing their own Business Unit, managing business development activities, client relationships, and consultant coordination. They will actively participate in the recruitment process, oversee the career path of the team, and be accountable for the P&L; of the Unit. We are seeking a dynamic, results‐oriented professional capable of creating value and fostering sustainable growth for the business unit.
Main Responsibilities * Business development and acquisition of new clients * Management and retention of the existing client portfolio * Selection, onboarding,
