- 1800 Eur + BonusLogycod is building a fast-growing logistics and fulfilment operation in Italy, as part of a broader European network serving international e-commerce businesses.We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of our Caserta operation and help us build it into a high-performing logistics hub.This is an opportunity for someone who already knows warehouse operations, has experience leading people, and is now ready for more ownership, more responsibility and the chance to build something from the ground up.This is not a desk-based management role.You will lead the team, implement processes and manage performance — but you will also be part of the operation.
If orders need to be picked and packed before courier cutoff,
you roll up your sleeves and help the team get them out.What you'll ownLead the daily warehouse operation: inbound, storage, picking, packing, shipping, inventory and returnsLead, motivate and develop the operations teamBuild, implement and continuously improve operational processes and standardsMonitor productivity, accuracy, service levels and operational KPIsPlan staffing and capacity to keep operations fast and efficient as volumes growCreate a strong “no order left behind” culture, ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly and accuratelyWork hands-on alongside the team whenever the operation requires itCoordinate with couriers and transport partners, monitor their performance and push for solutions when issues ariseReport performance, challenges and improvement plans in English to the European Operations ManagerSupport the onboarding and successful operation of new 3PL clientsAs the business grows, contribute to developing new fulfilment, 3PL and logistics opport
