Support key deals, demos, and proof‐of-performance events while aligning with Sales, Product, Aftersales, factory, and dealer teams for effective execution.
Build knowledge assets, integrate Smart Farming basics, capture field insights, and drive product improvements and best‐practice standardization. Your Experience and
Degree in Agricultural Engineering nice to have, Agri-technology or comparable technical background; solid understanding of harvesting systems.
~3+ years of experience with combines and harvesting operations; proven hands‐on setup and optimizationexpertise.
~ Proventrack recordleading or coaching technical/sales enablement teams across countries; Working knowledge of Smart Farming basics: guidance, connectivity/telematics, data management/documentation, and automation features. Business fluency in English;additionalEuropean languages are a plus.
~ High degree of self‐initiative, structured problem solving, and customer orientation. Valid tractor/heavy‐vehicle driving licenses (or willingness to obtain).
