Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads, support lead generation campaigns, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Conduct structured multi-channel prospecting across target EMEA accounts via calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns.
• Build early-stage business cases and messaging around customer needs such as cost reduction, safety, compliance, stock availability, and productivity.
• Nurture strategic prospects through long sales cycles until qualified for handover to sales or channel partners.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the EMEA sales team.
• Deliver against activity targets across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other touchpoints.
• Follow up on leads from trade shows, digital campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Use Salesforce to track outreach, response rates, qualifi
