Developing online and offline promotion and strategic plans, in conjunction with Brand, Commercial, Communication, Visual and Merchandising departments and in accordance with COO.Responsibilites: The main job responsibility is to develop and carry out effective marketing strategies to increase the company's profit at CRM, E-Commerce and Customer Care level.Main Activities: Develop and implement online and offline promotional and marketing strategies to support business objectives.Lead, supervise, and support the E-Commerce, CRM, and Customer Care teams.Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and maximize E-Commerce turnover and profitability.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective system integration and continuous platform improvement.Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and optimize the overall user experience.Analyze business and customer data to develop strategic growth plans and actionable insights.Coordi
