Inside Account Representative Description
The Inside Account Executive (iAE) is responsible for owning the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts. This role involves developing relationships with acquisition opportunities, managing account strategies, and ensuring efficient business processes. The Inside Account Executive will work closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account.
Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy. Expand share-of-wallet (SoW) by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts. Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account. Identify & Connect customer strategy, key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiatives. Engage with executives and build strong customer relationships. Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role. Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies. Experience working with medium business accounts is preferred.
Strategic account leadership and the ability to act as the "account lead." Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Proficiency in digital and remote selling. Knowledge in P&L; management. Strong business acumen & executive presence. Strong understanding ofa modern IT (services) ecosystem.
