Reporting directly to the Digital Manager , you will hold the responsibility of developing and executing a global digital media paid strategy across different media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment across Amplifon's regions and countries.
You will be a "hands-on" specialist who understands the logic behind media platforms while effectively coordinating with external agencies to drive results.
Develop and implement digital media activities to generate qualified leads and appointments in alignment with the Global Digital Marketing strategy.
Platform Management: Plan and manage paid search (Google Ads, Bing), paid social (Meta, TikTok),
and display/programmatic performance campaigns.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on performances from BI dashboards, identifying opportunities for fine-tuning and optimization.
Innovation & Experimentation: Stay curious and experiment with new tools and marketing stacks, leveraging advanced AI tools to engage our audience authentically.
Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with local digital teams to share results, propose improvements, and ensure proper execution of the digital strategy at a local level.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, media planning, or campaign management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Business Manager (Facebook/Instagram) is essential.
Understanding of other platforms such as TikTok and programmatic DSPs.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookups) and PowerPoint .
