Manage orders, reorders and invoicing
Support customers and stores via phone and email
Coordinate after-sales activities and claims
Work closely with Sales, Retail and Logistics teams
Support operational projects and inventory planning
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Confidence working with numbers and digital tools
Excellent German skills, Italian and English are a plus
