Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Turin. In this vital role, you will take charge of managing and executing impactful IT projects. Working alongside senior stakeholders, you will be trusted to steer projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring high-quality service and identifying opportunities to expand our value within the client's ecosystem. This position is ideal for a professional looking to grow further in project management within a global enterprise environment. The Service Delivery Manager will act as the primary client-facing delivery lead across utility customers, and the offshore delivery organization.
The role will be accountable for service excellence across AMS and system integration engagements, including SLA governance, operational reporting, transition management, customer satisfaction, risk management, and continuous improvement across utilities applications. Client & Service Governance
Serve as the primary point of contact for Client stakeholders and utility customer representatives.
Lead weekly operational reviews and monthly service governance forums.
Manage escalations, critical incident reviews, and customer satisfaction actions.
Drive continuous improvement across service delivery, reporting, and governance practices. Service Management
Own end-to-end AMS service delivery performance across agreed scope and service commitments.
Govern SLA and KPI achievement, ensuring timely reporting and corrective action tracking.
Maintain risk, issue, dependency, and service improvement logs with clear ownership. Coordinate offshore AMS teams to ensure predictable delivery, knowledge continuity, and adherence to service processes.
Manage subcontractors and local partners in alignment with contractual obligations and delivery governance.
