International Sales Manager Cosmetics

UNA Forza Vendite, Permanent Placement division of Openjobmetis S.p.A., is currently partnering with one of the most important developers of cosmetics and nutraceutical ingredients The company, an historical italian excellence now present across all the main markets in the world, is looking for the next generation of sales leadership: an International Sales Manager who, reporting directly to the GM, will plan the future commercial objectives and help to reach them by guiding a great team of sales professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term commercial strategy in line with company objectives;
- Develop and coordinate various business models: a distribution network (especially abroad) and a sales team in Italy operating directly.
- Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities;
- Coordinate and motivate the sales team, setting clear and measurable goals;
- Support, train, and monitor the performance of the field sales team;
- Constantly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales;
- Prepare periodic reports for company management, featuring forecasts and future sales analyses;
- Manage the sales budget to ensure activities are conducted cost-effectively and profitably;
- Directly manage a portfolio of major strategic accounts;
- Attend industry trade shows, professional events, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cosmetics and/or nutraceutical sector, gained within an international context;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology) or Economics;
- Experience in team management;
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (C1 level);
