Are you passionate about leading complex programs end-to-end, coordinating cross‐functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery from customer award through industrialization and series production?
In this role, you will take full program ownership across R&D;, operations, quality, purchasing, supply chain, finance, and customer‐facing activities, leading Project Managers and driving execution across all stakeholders.

Payments: The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €42,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
