JOB SUMMARY This position is based in Florence, Italy. The General Manager will lead the management through the pre-opening and operations of the hotel. As pre-opening General Manager, he/she will oversee the critical path to the opening, providing leadership, vision and strategic direction to drive continuous improvement in operational standards. The role is pivotal in ensuring the hotel consistently delivers exceptional luxury service to guests while achieving long-term financial performance for both the Owners and the Hotel. The General Manager serves as the key leader in the Guidance Team (Executive Committee) of Capella Florence. The individual will be instrumental in championing and embedding Capella culture across all levels of the hotel. This includes driving a culture of excellence, service, and engagement, fostering a workplace environment where colleagues are inspired to deliver memorable guest experiences and live the values of Capella every day. THE ROLE A member of the Guidance Team (Executive Committee),
participates and contributes in the preparation and development of the Hotel’s strategic and Business Plan. Be an exemplary role model in inspiriting team members through strong demonstration of the Capella Culture and Service Philosophy. Provides inspirational leadership, clear vision and direction to team members to ensure delivery of the Capella brand, values and vision, to create an amazing experience for our guests and team members.
