We are looking for an intern to join our Client Services team in Milan
Your Mission
- Support the Client Services team with the planning and management of client projects, including strategic and creative campaigns/productions from kick-off to the final report
- Ensure that assigned tasks are completed on time, within the scope, and budget
- Collaborate with different teams from Creative, Social Media/Community Management, Production, Sales, Editorial, and global Project Management counterparts
- Assist the Account Managers to record revenues, tracking costs, and maintaining accurate profit and loss statements for individual projects
- Work closely with the team and contribute to the improvement of workflows and processes
Your Skills
- Major in marketing, communication, event, cultural studies or similar fields is an advantage
- Interest in the creative and fashion industry
- Knowledge of and first experiences in project management are a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think analytically
- Resilience and ability to handle multiple tasks even under time pressure
- Italian native speaker with fluent written and verbal English communication skills
- Understanding of the Highsnobiety aesthetic and audience
- Enjoy working in a forward-thinking, dynamic, and diverse team
- Located in Milan, available full-time
