As a Customer Service Operator (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract) , you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end order management experience. Reporting to the Customer Services Coordinator , you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, managing orders from receipt to delivery, and collaborating across multiple functions to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The role is based at our production site in Casella (GE), Italy .
