Job Purpose
The candidate provides professional,
centralized technical support to all markets & regions on a
global basis, acts as the interface between the markets & brands and the CNH Industrial
organization, and represents the voice of the customer from a Quality perspective within CNH
Industrial for their designated Product Ranges. She/He is also responsible for tracking product
performance in the field, identifying the key technical issues to be resolved and driving the root cause
analysis and resolution process in conjunction with the Current Product Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze all available information regarding product performance in the field for the assigned model range from sources including ASIST, warranty, field visit reports, Brand Service, and regional Product Support / Quality teams, to identify emerging issues to create technical improvement projects.
