Drive the strategy and execution for BNPL products, taking features from 0 to 1 and managing their scaling phase
Own the Credit business line within the Features & Payment domain
Focus on the UX and customer-facing side of credit, ensuring financial tools are intuitive, transparent, and integrated into Satispay
Align priorities across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud around a shared product vision
Write user stories and requirements for Engineering, aligning frontend experiences with backend logic such as credit scoring and collection
Analyze product usage and performance metrics to optimize credit features and uncover new market opportunities
Advocate for thorough documentation and efficient workflows
Help the team anticipate obstacles and ensure smooth product delivery
Requirements 3+ years as a Product Manager specifically within the Credit domain
Proven experience launching products from scratch and scaling them through growth phases
Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and overall financial mechanics
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance)
Professional fluency in English
