is looking for an After Sales Project Manager . The figure acts as the main interface between the customer and the internal organization in the management of upgrade projects and new formats on automatic machines and systems destined for the pharmaceutical sector. Workplace: Castel San Pietro Terme (BO)
Job Summary Act as the customer's point of reference (in collaboration with the dedicated After Sales Commercial Support body) for the entire life cycle of the Upgrade/new format project.
Coordinate the interfunctional project team (internal/external), ensuring compliance with technical specifications, documentation and contractual terms.
Manage order and contractual review in collaboration with the Service Account Manager.
Organize internal and external kick-off meetings, and conduct periodic progress meetings by sharing and updating project checklists.
