Turin, Italy - Group HQ Our client is the HQ of a global contract manufacturer.
We are looking for a Global HR Business Partner – Operations to support the evolution and optimization of the global Operations organization, integration and transformation, within a newly formed international group, private-equity backed.
Key responsibilities ~80% – Global Operations Business Partnering, Scaling an Efficient Organization
Partner with Operations and Sr Management on the optimization and integration of the global Operations organization, structure, and footprint (including over a dozen manufacturing plants worldwide, and global functional departments such as Supply Chain, Quality, etc.)
Design and maintain organizational blueprints for plants and operations, ensuring the right structures, roles and capabilities.
Support business cases and organizational change for insourcing/outsourcing, footprint changes, capacity expansion, restructuring and operational transformations.
Partner with local HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of global organization and workforce initiatives.
~20% – Italy HQ HR
Support Italian Sr. management and the Italy HR Manager on industrial relations and selected high-impact activities (eg. Organizational and management performance improvement plans, organizational redesign opportunities), working closely with local HR and external advisors where required.
Support mid- to senior-level management recruitment at Group management level, across Functions, from profile definition through selection and onboarding.
Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives at Group level.
5–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing, industrial or multinational environments — ideally within process industries (pharma, food, chemicals) — with a strong understanding of manufacturing organizations, labor costs and operational workforce dynamics.
Comfortable working with numbers, business cases, organizational data and cost analysis; experience with industrial
