On behalf of an international company operating in the chemical industry, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the HR team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, based in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Extract and analyze compensation and workforce data from the HRIS system
Ensure global data quality, consistency, and integrity across all C&B; reporting and analytics
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for the Global Head of C&B; and Executive Leadership
Coordinate global Compensation & Benefits projects
Support the harmonization of salary structures across countries and business units
Contribute to the optimization of local incentive plans
Coordinate the global salary increase process
Support the performance management cycle from a compensation perspective
Prepare promotion cases and salary offer proposals
Organize and maintain C&B; governance frameworks, policies, and supporting documentation
Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and applicable local regulations
Requirements
~5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within multinational and organizations.
~ Strong knowledge of HRIS systems
~ Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills, with experience handling large international datasets.
~ Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, or Korn Ferry) is considered an advantage.
~ Fluent English required
Salary Range: €50,000 – €60,000 gross per year
Location: Northwestern area of Milan
