To support the continued growth of our project, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial development, strengthen our brand positioning and contribute to making Della Calza SPA & Foresteria one of Florence's leading luxury hospitality and event destinations.
Develop new business opportunities across the corporate, MICE, private events and wedding segments. Manage the entire sales process,
from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and contracts. Organize and conduct site inspections, presenting the property's event spaces and hospitality services to prospective clients. Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, wedding planners, DMCs, tour operators and strategic partners. Achieve sales targets by promoting the venue, hospitality services and food & beverage offerings. Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities and develop commercial strategies. Work closely with the operations team to ensure outstanding customer experiences and seamless event execution. Coordinate, together with our marketing agency, the overall communication and digital marketing strategy, ensuring that all activities align with the company's commercial objectives and brand positioning.
