This is a field-based sales and beauty education role focused on managing and growing the performance of a group of retail stores within a specific region.
The Sales
Coordinator acts as the main brand representative in stores, combining sales, customer beauty consultation, staff training, merchandising, and store relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales & Customer Service Visit assigned stores and support sales targets. Act as a Beauty Adviser/Brand Representative, providing product consultations and demonstrations. Drive sales through customer engagement, product knowledge, and cross-selling. 2.
Store
Management & Retail Execution Ensure products, testers, and promotional materials are well-stocked and displayed according to brand standards. Support the execution of product launches and promotions. Monitor stock levels, competitors, pricing, and market activities. Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff. 3.
Staff
Training & Coaching Train and coach Beauty Advisers and retail staff on products, routines, and selling techniques. Support onboarding and new product launches. Identify knowledge gaps and provide ongoing coaching to improve sales performance. 4.
Sales
Reporting & Analysis Track store performance and identify growth opportunities. Report on sales, stock, store visits, training activities, customer feedback, and competitors. Provide recommendations to improve sales and brand visibility. 5.
Brand
Representation & Events Represent Korean beauty brands professionally and maintain brand standards. Lead product launches, in-store events, podium animations, and product demonstrations. Engage customers directly and support the successful execution of promotional campaigns. Build positive relationships with retail partners and consumers. Hybrid role with a mix of field, store, and administrative responsibilities. Frequent travel within the assigned territory required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, retail, or sales. Strong knowledge and passion for beauty, ideally K-beauty.
Experience in retail sales, beauty consulting, training, or field support. Strong sales, customer service, coaching, and communication skills. Commercial mindset with an understanding of sales targets and KPIs. Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently across multiple stores. Fluent in English.
Key KPIs Success will be measured by: Achievement of sales and sell-through targets. Product visibility, merchandising standards, and stock availability. Quality and effectiveness of store visits and retail execution. Staff training completion and product knowledge improvement. Successful launches, promotions, and retail activations. Customer experience and brand representation. Strong retail partner relationships and timely reporting. Overall brand growth within the assigned territory.
