Drivenetwork performance improvementby designing and deploying scalable initiatives that enhance service activity, parts sales and customer retention across the dealer networkKey responsibilities:Define and manage thecommercial policy framework for the Authorized Repairer network, ensuring consistency across markets and sharing of good practicesLead the policy review cycle, including business input consolidation, impact assessment and approval processDesign and deploydealer performance improvement initiatives(e.G. service retention, parts upselling)Drive the rollout ofnetwork initiatives across dealers,
ensuring high adoption and effective executionAct as central coordination point for brand-relatednetwork programs(e.G. specialized service concepts)Collaborate with regional and local teamsto support in-market activation and dealer engagementRequirements:3-7 yearsexperience inAftersales, strong network (Authorized Repairers) expertiseand understanding ofParts & Service business .Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset to monitor and improve network performance.Experience in multi-country environmentCapable of defining performance frameworks / policies and driving implementation.Hybrid profile combining Operations, Data Analysis, and Stakeholder Management. xysqume OFFERSALARY RANGE:from€43.000 to €52.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirementsCollective Agreement:In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.Location : Rivalta di Torino (TO)
