IT Manager – Manufacturing / ERP & Digital TransformationSe desidera saperne di più su questa possibilità o sta pensando di candidarsi, la preghiamo di leggere le seguenti informazioni.Location: Milan East / Corsico, Lombardy, ItalyIndustry: Manufacturing / Industrial TechnologyEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Arrangement: On-siteCompensation: €65,000+ gross annual salary + MBO + meal vouchers + supplementary health insuranceAbout the RoleAn established international manufacturing organization is seeking an IT Manager to oversee business-critical IT systems and support the ongoing evolution of its information technology environment.The role combines hands-on IT operations with strategic systems development, with responsibility for ensuring business continuity, managing enterprise applications and infrastructure, and supporting digital transformation across a technologically complex manufacturing environment.The IT Manager will work closely with production, management, internal stakeholders, and external technology partners to ensure IT systems effectively support business and Industry 4.0 requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the operational continuity of corporate IT systems, responding quickly to application and infrastructure issues to minimize disruption to production.Manage and support the enterprise application environment, including Microsoft Dynamics ERP, MES, and WMS.Ensure effective integration and ongoing performance across business-critical systems.Coordinate external IT suppliers and technology partners, monitoring activities, priorities, and service levels.Work closely with production teams to support industrial processes and integrations with machinery and Industry 4.0 systems.Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networking, backup,
and business continuity.Provide hands-on technical support when required, particularly during critical incidents.Define and implement strategies for the evolution and optimization of the organization's information systems.Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency.Act as the primary IT point of reference for management and business functions, translating operational requirements into effective technology solutions.Manage technical relationships with suppliers and international partners, including communication in English.Participate in digital transformation and technology innovation projects.Contribute to the evolution of application and infrastructure architecture within a complex manufacturing environment.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience managing corporate information systems within industrial or manufacturing environments.Strong understanding of core IT processes and business-oriented application architectures.Proven experience managing and evolving ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.Experience with integrated enterprise systems, including MES and WMS.Understanding of IT systems supporting manufacturing and logistics processes.Hands-on, operational approach with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues directly.Strong focus on maintaining IT and production continuity.Good written and spoken English.Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. xrtlpzc Results-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.Compensation & BenefitsGross annual salary from €65,000MBO / performance-based bonusMeal vouchersSupplementary health insuranceOpportunity to contribute to significant digital transformation initiatives within an international manufacturing environment
