pstrongROLE /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongProject Controlling Specialist /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongROLE PURPOSE /strong /ppThe Project Controlling Specialist supports the industrial workstreams of the Value Creation Program (VCP), driving the identification, validation, coordination, and monitoring of manufacturing, footprint optimization, productivity, and operational excellence initiatives. /ppThe role is focused on strongensuring the successful delivery of cost savings and sustainable performance improvements /strong across the organization. /ppbr / /ppstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongInitiative Pipeline Management /strong /pulliSupport the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of industrial improvement initiatives. /liliReview and challenge key assumptions to ensure business cases are robust, realistic, and properly documented. /liliPartner with Plant Managers and Finance teams to validate financial benefits and expected savings. /liliAssess technical feasibility, implementation requirements, and execution timelines. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongProgram Execution Coordination /strong /pulliCoordinate and monitor the implementation of VCP initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. /liliFacilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and continuous improvement activities to accelerate execution. /liliIdentify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, supporting mitigation actions when needed. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongOperational Performance Monitoring /strong /pulliTrack operational and productivity KPIs, highlighting performance gaps, bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and cost drivers. /lilistrongMeasure and report initiative progress /strong,
