IT Security Manager (w/m/d)
Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Security und sorgst für sichere, zukunftsfähige Prozesse und Strukturen. Im Fokus stehen Governance, Risk & Compliance sowie die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen. Das Vulnerability Management steuerst du durch risikobasierte Priorisierung und die konsequente Behandlung von Schwachstellen.
Neue IT- und Cloud-Projekte begleitest du nach dem Prinzip „Security by Design“ und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen. Darüber hinaus koordinierst du Security-Initiativen und unterstützt das IT Service Management in allen relevanten IT-Security-Themen.
Du bringst Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche mit: IT-Infrastruktur, Softwareentwicklung, IT-Security oder Informationssicherheitsmanagement. Zudem überzeugst du durch Integrität, Teamfähigkeit und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Diese Position ist in unserem Unternehmen gemäß dem nationalen Kollektivvertrag der Metallindustrie (CNEL-Kodex: C011) in der Kategorie B1 eingestuft. Die tatsächliche Vergütung richtet sich nach deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Zusätzliche Gehaltselemente, variable Prämien und Benefits erhöhen deine Gesamtvergütung marktkonform.

Assumi un ruolo centrale nello sviluppo continuo della nostra IT Security e contribuisci a garantire processi e strutture sicuri e orientati al futuro. Ti occupi principalmente di Governance, Risk & Compliance e del rispetto dei requisiti normativi e regolamentari. Gestisci il Vulnerability Management attraverso una prioritizzazione basata sul rischio e un trattamento coerente delle vulnerabilità individuate.
Inoltre, accompagni nuovi progetti IT e cloud secondo il principio “Security by Design”, collaborando a stretto contatto con le diverse funzioni aziendali.
Coordini iniziative di sicurezza e supporti l’IT Service Management in tutte le tematiche rilevanti legate alla sicurezza informatica.
Hai esperienza in uno o più dei seguenti ambiti: infrastrutture IT, sviluppo software, IT Security oppure Information Security Management. Ti contraddistinguono inoltre integrità, spirito di squadra e una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Nella nostra azienda, questa posizione è inquadrata al livello B1 del Contratto Collettivo Nazionale dell’Industria Metalmeccanica (codice CNEL: C011). La retribuzione effettiva sarà commisurata alle tue qualifiche e alla tua esperienza competente. Ulteriori elementi retributivi, premi variabili e benefit aumenteranno il pacchetto retributivo complessivo in linea con il mercato.
IT Security Manager
You play a key role in advancing our IT security and ensuring secure, future-ready processes and structures. Your focus is on governance, risk and compliance, as well as ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You oversee vulnerability management by prioritizing vulnerabilities based on risk and ensuring their timely and effective remediation.
You support new IT and cloud projects in line with the “Security by Design” principle and work closely with business departments throughout the process. In addition, you coordinate security initiatives and support IT service management in all relevant information security matters.
You bring experience in one or more of the following areas: IT infrastructure, software development, IT security, or information security management. You also stand out through your integrity and teamwork skills.

Within our company, this position falls under the national collective agreement of the metalworking industry (CNEL code: C011) at level B1. The actual compensation is determined by your qualifications and professional experience. Additional salary components, variable bonuses and benefits increase your total compensation in line with market standards.
