As an Intern - Service Operation, you will assist in activities and processes that support business needs across the organization, contribute to the resolution of issues within the functional area, participate in longer-term planning activities, and provide support to broader business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support the tracking of modules in WIP by project, helping to highlight any delays or issues
- Assist in analyzing the impact of KIT delivery delays on the customer delivery schedule
- Support TAT (Turn-Around Time) and GSC (Global Supply Chain) KPI monitoring by Gate
- Participate in Problem Solving initiatives and support the application of Six Sigma tools for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Material Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Program Management, Engineering, and Logistics) to support schedule alignment and execution
- Contribute new ideas and provide support to existing processes.
Essential Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Aeronautical, Material or Management Engineering from an accredited University
- Proficient in English
- Confident Microsoft skills - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of technical drawings
