You will contribute to the development of next-generation electric mobility solutions by designing and improving control systems for electrified vehicles.
About this vacancy
- Control Systems Development: Design and implement control algorithms for electric and hybrid vehicles, focusing on performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Model-Based Design: Use tools such as MATLAB and Simulink to model, simulate, and validate control strategies, supporting embedded software development.
- Component Interaction: Develop control functions with awareness of their interaction within the vehicle environment. Vehicle-Level Understanding: Gain exposure to overall vehicle behavior, contributing to the optimization of control functions and system performance.
What we expect from you
- Master’s or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a Control Engineer role or a similar position
- Experience with model-based design tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink)
- Understanding of electric vehicle architectures and basic control strategies
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in sustainable mobility and automotive innovation
What you can expect from us The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €30.000,
in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
