ABOUT THE ROLE – Construction Project Manager
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with proven experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities within EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the EPC Contractor’s execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedule, HSE and quality requirements, while protecting the Client’s interests from a PMS perspective.

Main responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee the EPC Contractor’s construction execution plan, method statements and work packs.
- Ensure construction activities are aligned with the approved project schedule and milestones.
- Support constructability reviews during design and engineering phases.
- Monitor construction progress, identify delays and deviations, and propose corrective and recovery actions.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE procedures, international standards and applicable regulations.
- Monitor field safety performance and participate in safety walks and audits.
- Oversee the implementation of Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Review NCRs, corrective actions and lessons learned, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings and applicable codes.
- Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations teams.
- Manage interfaces between onshore/offshore activities, subcontractors, vendors and third parties.
- Monitor contractual compliance, scope changes and variation orders, providing construction input for claims and contractual correspondence.
- Review EPC Contractor daily and weekly progress reports and prepare PMS reporting for the Client.
- Ensure construction records, red-marked drawings and as-built documentation are properly updated and submitted.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within EPC projects.
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction activities, including civil, structural, piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works.
- Strong knowledge of construction management, project execution and contractor management.
- Excellent knowledge of international codes, standards and construction practices.
- Good understanding of HSE and QA/QC requirements within EPC projects.
- Experience in schedule,
progress and change management.
- Strong coordination and interface management skills.
- Good knowledge of technical documentation and construction reporting.
- Good command of the English language.
- Availability to work on site and, where required, to interface with offshore activities.
The salary for this role ranges from €40.000 to €60.000
The position is governed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector applied by our company.
The final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria.
In exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval.
