This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. /p pbr/Scopra di più sui compiti quotidiani, le responsabilità generali e l'esperienza richiesta per questa occasione scorrendo subito verso il basso.br/ /p h3The Role /h3 pThe Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing accounting and financial reporting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate and timely financial close processes, statutory compliance, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage day‑to‑day accounting operations and financial reporting activities /li liLead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness /li liReview trial balances, account reconciliations, and financial reporting outputs /li liCoordinate statutory reporting and tax compliance activities, including VAT and corporate tax requirements,



working alongside external advisors where required /li liAct as the key contact for outsourced finance service providers across Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes /li liSupport external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies /li liContribute to process optimisation, automation initiatives, and system implementations /li liPartner with local, regional, and international stakeholders to support business and finance objectives /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline /li liMinimum of 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting roles /li liStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting processes /li liGood knowledge of Italian GAAP, VAT regulations, and statutory reporting requirements /li liExperience working within international and/or shared service environments /li liStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail /liliProactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities /li liFluent in both English and Italian /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
