In this position, you will not only take on a pivotal role in ensuring that our products are compliant with our high quality standards, but you will also advise on potential solutions for production related issues. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliCollaborating closely with the Industrialisation and RD teams, you will inspect and ensure that Production samples are compliant with the agreed technical specifications and Pre-Production samples in terms of materials, colours, construction, fit, branding as well as overall quality standards and technical specifications. /liliYou will carry out detailed on-site inspections on production samples, utilising measurement instruments to either approve them or reject them (focusing on workmanship including stitching, assembly, bonding, finishing and the overall product appearance). /liliMoreover, you will also responsible for inspecting our packaging solutions, making sure that it properly protects our products, meets retail presentation standards and corresponds to the brand’s requirements. /liliMost importantly,
you will investigate root causes and propose alternative corrective actions to be implemented, so to make sure production is compliant with company standards, customer requirements and regulatory guidelines. /liliYou will work closely with vendors and our internal teams, so to resolve any product and / or packaging issues in a timely manner. /liliYou will also track sample approvals, rejections, customer feedback (when necessary) as well as follow-up actions with vendors. /liliYou will identify and promptly communicate to the relevant teams any quality or packaging issues that could impact productions and / or delivery schedules. /liliYou will also be responsible for maintaining an organised record of samples, inspections, approvals, packaging and quality related documentation. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr / /pulliA minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Quality Control and / or Pattern Making specifically within the Performance Footwear and Sporting Goods sectors. /liliSolid expertise in Quality Control procedures and previous experience in conducting on-site sample inspections. /liliStrong attention to detail, ability to detect product defects and to propose effective and actionable solutions. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English – strongPlease note this is a fully English-speaking working environment. /strong /liliProficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with reports writing (in English) and documentation processes. /liliWillingness to travel extensively (75% of the time) at global level. /liliProactive and collaborative approach with a strong team spirit. /liliPassion for Motorsports sector will be considered a strong plus. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongOther Information /strong /ppstrongLocation /strong– Asolo (On-site) /ppstrongTravelling /strong – Extensive (75% of the time) /ppstrongCompensation Package /strong – From €45,000 (Depending on experience) /p
